What a weekend! God is so good. Still waiting for my glasses. God willing they should be in this week. My kids are all getting sick. Tyler was up most of the night coughing his lungs out...a small exaggeration I know. We are trusting God to do some incredible things here at New Life. Can't wait.

Well, just got back from the eye doctor and found out my kerataconus is not bad! I don't need those hard stinkin' contacts. I can have glasses! So excited. I hated those contacts. So much so I never wore them. Well I'll make an appointment to get an eye exam and get set up for glasses. WOO HOO!!!

What a week it's been. It did seem to take longer than usual. This is the time of year I get cabin fever. Football is over, baseball isn't here yet, the snow keeps coming...yada, yada, yada. However, NASCAR did begin yesterday. That usually holds me over until baseball begins. On a more spiritual note, God continues to move and bless our student ministry. It's so humbling to see God move in the hearts and lives of our students. Thank you Jesus!

Man what a Superbowl! I was pulling for the Colts but was glad to see the Saints win. That city needed it more than Indy. That's it for now.

Thank you God for everything you did this weekend! It's so cool to see how you work everything out and to see our students talk about you and share about their lives. Thank you to our leaders who stepped up and taught the sessions. You all did a great job! It's amazing to be serving with all of you. We are truly blessed.

Sorry I'm a little late with this blog. Well today is my big girl's 7th b-day. Can't believe it. How life and time flies by. Getting ready for an incredible weekend with our DNOW winter freeze 2010 that begins tomorrow. Praying and expecting God to do some really awesome stuff in our students lives this weekend.

It's that time of year when little children seem to get sick just from blinking! My boy was up Sunday night throwing up some like 4 or 5 times. My munchkin...(sierra) has had a fever with no throat or ear pain for like 4 days. Just having a blast at the Garrison household! By God's grace Syd, Andrea and I are not sick yet. Tyler did better last night. No puking. He seemed ok when I left this morning. Jesus, please help them to get better quickly! Have a great week guys.

Wow, 2010 is here! Can't believe that can you? I am so excited to see what God has in store for us in the coming year! My prayer is that my family and our students will continue to grow even closer to Jesus than we have before! Let's make 2010 THE year we follow Jesus with our hearts abandoned, totally surrendered to Him!
